DRM1 MKIII video series by Oscillator Sink

We recently received an email from Oscillator Sink. He owns a DRM1 MKIII and made a couple of videos about it. Of course we’d like to share these with you.

Simulation vs. the real thing

VERMONA Modular Case with final version of randomRHYTHM and some unnamed prototypes.

DW recently published an interesting article by Zulfikar Abbany about soft- and hardware synthesizers. Our conclusion:

VERMONA at the Ginko Modular Fest in Den Haag

From June, 9th - 11th, the annual Ginko Modular Fest was held in Den Haag. Patrick - product expert from Alex4, our European modular distributor - was there to present our complete eurorack range.

twinCussion - video no. 3

In our third video about the percussion modules we show one way to create a complete rhythm using two twinCussions.

twinCussion video 2

We published a new video about our twinCussion on our Youtube-channel. We show a simple way to create a snare sound using the eurorack-module.

VERMONA Story and ’14 Analogsynthesizer review on Amazona.de

Earlier this year, Siegfried Schöbel - aka Onkel Siggi - was asked by Amazona.de to write a review about our ’14 Analogsynthesizer for the German online-magazine. When writing, the desire to learn more about the people behind the product emerged. So Siggi decided to grab his camera and recording device and visit our Elektroakustische Manufaktur in Erlbach. (Indeed he also brought sunshine to our region - thank you, Siggi).

Both, the ’14 Analogsynthesizer review with lots of sound samples as well as the Vermona story and interview are online now and are worth reading (and listening).

Amazona.de is in German language, but you can use Google’s translation tool to get the content.

New twinCussion video

Superbooth 17 will open its doors next week from April, 20th - 22nd in FEZ Berlin. We will be there to show our current eurorack line as well as some brand new eurorack stuff.

At last years Superbooth we presented the twinCussion module - which of course can be checked this year too. As an appetizer we have a new video about the module on youtube. Enjoy watching!

BTW: You will find us on booth # 0234. We are looking forward seeing you next week!

twinVCFilter and tVCF EXTENSION in detail

At this year’s Winter-NAMM we presented a couple of new eurorack-modules. twinVCFilter will be the first one of these that will be available at the end of March. Shortly after, its extension module tVCF EXTENSION will be released as well.

’14 Analogsynthesizer Insights

Last November we delivered the first ’14 Analogsynthesizers to VERMONA-dealers. Since then we are continuously manufacturing the synth. We are able to make between 10 and 15 units per month. That doesn’t sound like a huge amount but measured by those numerous necessary work steps, this is no mean feat!

There are a total of about 45 units made. So as you can see: We won’t reach the limit of 222 ’14 Analogsynthesizers within the next couple of days. High demands on the instrument currently means delivery times of up to eight weeks. You will need to be patient if you already ordered or plan to order one. In order to overcome the waiting time we have listed two links about the ’14 Analogsynthesizer for you:

Enjoy reading, listening and watching!
